Member badges

Badges show up on member garages and loadouts. There are three kinds, and each has its own look.

Community badges

Earned from upvotes other members give your loadouts. These are the hardest to get. To keep it fair, you can’t upvote your own loadouts, and votes only count once the voter’s account is 7 days old.

Earned badges

Given automatically for what’s in your garage and what you’ve done on the site. Nothing to apply for: add your tools in My Garage and they appear.

Pick-your-own badges

Just for fun. Choose up to 3 in your garage settings to tell people a bit about you. Nobody checks these, so they’re shown with a dashed outline.
